Virtual Enterprise Networks

The Virtual Enterprise networks (VEN) can be described as an opportunistic temporary alliance of separate, independent pre-existing enterprises that come together in a tight, integrated ad hoc network to share skills/competencies/resources and whose cooperation is supported by computer networks.

In a VEN, trust is a crucial issue.
