e-Privacy

Tom Cooper is a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Global Risk Management Solutions practice in London. He published this paper about "e-Privacy: the Key to Building Trust and Value On-Line".

Relationships between business and consumers are changing. Consumers expect socially responsible behaviour, and they expect businesses to be transparent and accountable in their dealings with them.
